Located in the heart of the Princeton University community at 154 Nassau Street, Princeton, New Jersey, Pj's Pancake House has been recognized as a venerable, cultural Princeton icon for over 35 years. Ever popular with the student body, Pj's is also heavily patronized by Princeton University alumni, who come back regularly to eat our fabulous food and relive the Pj's experience again and again. One of our time-honored traditions is that our trusted patrons have carved their names into the same table tops upon which they have enjoyed our delicious pancakes and other great American food. We've even preserved these tables, despite renovations to the rest of the restaurant. It's all part of the unique and ongoing Pj's experience.

While all of our patrons are important to us, some of the many "famous name" persons who ate at Pj's includes actor Harry Hamlin, actor Daniel Stern, actor Michael Constantine, Pepsi commercial girl Hallie Kate Eisenberg, actor Avery Brooks, actress Laila Robins, and Spin Doctors' rocker Chris Baron.

Pj's is a smoke-free environment, and it accepts all major credit cards.
